CTX Backup Pro Help
How to use the Contextures CTX Backup Pro add-in from Contextures.
Introduction
To install the CTX Backup Pro add-in, follow the instructions in the Getting Started Guide.
After it is installed, the CTX Backup Pro command will appear at the right end of the Review tab on the Excel Ribbon.
Click the drop down arrow to see all the options for CTX Backup Pro.
Point to a submenu, to see its commands
To learn more about a command, point to it, and a screen tip will appear. Here is the screen top for the Backup Pro Options command.
Change the Options
To see the CTX Backup Pro options, click the Backup Pro options command.
Quick Access Toolbar
To make the CTX Backup Pro easier to use, follow these steps to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT):
- On the Excel Ribbon, click the Review tab
- At the far right, right-click the bottom half of the Backup Pro button
- Click on "Add to Quick Access Toolbar"
